Returns Policy
It may be that upon receipt the goods are unsuitable due to colour, size etc. Please despatch to us no later than 7 days after you have received the goods. They must be undamaged, have the original labels attached and be returned in their original packaging. Re-seal the despatch bag and stick the address label to the outside and return using Recorded Delivery. Please ensure you retain the ‘Proof of Posting’ certificate issued by the Post Office. We will refund the Recorded Delivery charge upon receipt of the goods. Returns sent outside the time frame specified above will be accepted at the discretion of H T Burt Ltd. and can only be refunded as a ‘web credit’. Please note that any unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.
If you wish to exchange an item, please e-mail us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. Exchanged items can only be despatched upon return of the original goods and then only when they have undergone a quality control check. We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size.
All returns from any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent items may incur additional shipping costs.
Note: We strongly advise all customers to thoroughly check merchandise upon delivery prior to the removal and disposal of packaging and tags. Please be aware that shoes must be returned in their original box. Failure to comply with the above instruction will result in the goods not being accepted. In the unlikely event that an item is delivered without tags please notify us by return of e-mail.
